Information like status reports should be “pushed” out to stakeholders and a regular basis (weekly). Information should also be published where people can go and see it if the are ever looking for more details. Big Visible Charts (information radiators) are large graphs tracking project data (velocity, burn up, burn down, cumulative flow diagrams, defect stats, project budget remaining, etc) displayed in prominent places so people cannot help but notice them. Online collaboration tools are good ways of publishing information so that people who are remote from the team can visit the site and view the project information.
